The apartment opens, on the first floor, onto a large dining room/kitchen/living room (32 m²), with fireplace + pantry and WC.
The 6 m² private balcony faces south.
On the 2nd level: 3 bedrooms (2 x 2 beds and 2 x 1 beds) comfortable, spacious and well lit, the bathroom with WC and shower cubicle.
Access to the owner's leisure area including: children's games (cabin, slide, swing, climbing wall, climbing rope, etc.), trampoline, ping-pong table, above-ground swimming pool heated by solar panels - open from June 15 to September 15.
Numerous walks on site. Seyne-les-Alpes 10 km: classified Village and City of Character, all shops, services and leisure activities, Fort Vauban, ecomuseums, gliding platform (winch), swimming pool in summer. Montclar and Chabanon ski resorts 12 km: vast ski area from 1350 to 2500 meters above sea level and the outdoor sites of Fanget and Le Grand-Puy. Serre-Ponçon Lake 12 km: swimming, fishing, water sports, Lautharet beach.

Prices
Weekend: from €160 to €200 (Only, outside school holidays in summer, February and Christmas. Weekends: arrival possible on Friday from the end of the afternoon. Rental for a minimum of 2 nights during the week, between €75 and €100 per night, depending on the period)
Week: from €300 to €430 (Rental only during the week during the summer school holidays, February and Christmas)
Three weeks: from €800 to €1.
Bed linen rental: single bed (1 house sheet + 1 flat sheet + 1 pillowcase + 1 bolster cover): €1 – double bed (7 house sheet + 2 flat sheet + 1 pillowcases + 1 bolster cover): 2€. Bathroom linen rental: 1 bath towel + 10 towels + 1 washcloths: €2 per person.
End of stay cleaning: 50 €.
Deposit check (25%), to be paid with contract signature.
Supplement for the 7th and 8th person: €5 per weekend – €15 per week.
Tourist tax not included.
