Gîte T6 des Silves

The "Gîte des Silves" is a large, charming stone house located on the edge of a small hamlet at an altitude of 1400 m, on the GR®6 crossing the Alpes de Haute Provence, 10 minutes from the ski slopes (2 nearby resorts: Montclar les deux Vallées and Chabanon, in total more than 100 km of slopes) and 20 minutes from Lake Serre-Ponçon (water sports and swimming). The house benefits from a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and a large private garden with two furnished terraces and a barbecue area.

The house can accommodate up to 12 people and includes:

- 2 bedrooms with double bed (160 x 200 cm and 140 x 200 cm);
- 2 bedrooms with two single beds of 90x200 cm (which can be joined together);
- a mezzanine-dormitory with 5 single beds;
- a bathroom (bath/shower) with 2 sinks;
- a second bathroom with large shower and 2 sinks;
- 2 separate toilets;
- a large, fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, etc.
- a dining area with a very large table for 12 guests;
- a large living room with fireplace and television;
- an “old-fashioned” veranda with changing room area;
- two terraces with panoramic view and barbecue area.
- a large garden with panoramic views of the mountains.

The small medieval town of Seyne-les-Alpes, offering all amenities, is located 3 km away. The house is ideal for two families or a group of friends, as well as for a smaller group. Rental prices vary depending on the season and the number of occupants.

Rentals are available all year round and are from Saturday to Saturday, except in low season (from two nights).
