At the foot of the citadel of Seyne, this old farm and its bistronomic restaurant are an unmissable stop in the Blanche valley, to be discovered in all seasons!
Nestled in a large wooded park along the river, the Vieux Tilleul is a haven of peace between the Alps and Provence. Pascale Giordano fell in love with it in 2017 and has transformed this establishment into a warm and welcoming hotel, blending tradition and modernity.
The location is ideal for reconnecting with the essentials and taking a breath of fresh air, a few kilometers from 3 resorts (Grand-Puy, Chabanon, St-Jean-Montclar) and the Serre-Ponçon lake. You will discover the Haute-Provence Geopark, an astonishing territory with magnificent landscapes and unspoiled nature. You will be able to practice multiple outdoor and cultural activities.
At the restaurant, Pascale, a passionate chef, creates an inventive menu inspired by her inspiration, using healthy, local produce. It evolves with the seasons and combines traditional mountain dishes with vegetarian options.
