Flagustelle Cottage

The Flagustelle lodge is a group and holiday lodge, ideal for mountain activities, with self-catering and half-board.
The Flagustelle gîte is located in the former school of the village of Verdaches. At an altitude of 1100 m, between the Alps and Provence, its location will allow you to discover a wild and preserved territory, which contains the oldest traces of the Earth's memory (- 300 million years).
In the heart of the Haute-Provence Geopark, you'll cross the impressive gorges carved by the Bès River. The valley is home to several listed sites within the Geological Nature Reserve and works of contemporary art in the great outdoors.
The Blanche Valley, more alpine, will welcome you, summer and winter. You will discover Seyne, the resorts (Grand Puy, Chabanon, Saint-Jean-Montclar) and the Fanget Nordic site. You can enjoy many activities: hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking (electric mountain bike rental possible), horseback riding, paragliding, swimming in Serre-Ponçon or in the river.

The Flagustelle gîte also offers a Bès'cyclette activity:
With family or friends, a cycling getaway (Dutch-style bikes provided) along the Bès and through geological time.
Drive down the Clues road, from Verdaches to Digne les Bains (30 km) in the territory of the UNESCO Geopark of Haute-Provence.
At the end of the day, head to Digne les Bains for a return trip by minibus.
The Blanche Valley and the Monges massif offer a wide range of activities in both summer and winter: hiking (GR69 "La Routo"), snowshoeing, mountain biking (mountain bike base, bike park and roaming in "Alpe-Provence"), horse riding, paragliding, swimming in Serre-Ponçon or in the river...
