Located in an exceptional setting, this magnificent, fully fenced property includes two adjoining gîtes and boasts a splendid view of Lake Sainte-Croix. This 110-square-meter gîte, tastefully decorated, is spacious and very bright, with no overlooked views, ideal for a peaceful stay. A private garden, a bowling green, and a ping-pong table are available. A private wooden terrace with garden and relaxation furniture, not to mention the fully private spa. A fully equipped kitchen, living room, and relaxation area with a large corner sofa, wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, and soundbar, are available. A very large bedroom with a 180 cm bed, and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed are available. A laundry room, a shower room, and a separate toilet are available.
