Mas de Grivet

Set in its own 40-hectare estate in the Luberon Regional Natural Park, yet close to restaurants and shops, Mas de Grivet comfortably sleeps 12 people in six luxurious en-suite bedrooms. The large heated swimming pool offers captivating views—and there's plenty of space to relax in the sun.

From the moment you step through the front door, you'll feel right at home at Grivet. Soft, natural colors, warm lighting, and inviting furnishings are everywhere. Paintings and sculptures by local artists add to the welcoming atmosphere. The spacious living room is bathed in light—thanks to the tall French doors—and full of character. You can be sure there will always be a comfortable chair for everyone, whether you're dining in style, relaxing with a book, or playing board games with the family.

Located in the center of the house, the spacious kitchen opens directly onto the south-facing courtyard and the east-facing terrace, as well as the living room. The kitchen's rustic charm, with its traditional Provençal ceiling, original wooden beams, large fireplace, and copper pots, conceals ultramodern and thoughtfully designed appliances that make cooking at Grivet a true pleasure.

Grivet boasts numerous outdoor spaces. The south-facing courtyard is a true haven of sunshine. It features sofas and chairs shaded by parasols, as well as a table for al fresco dining on a cool summer evening. The east-facing terrace offers ample space and can comfortably accommodate up to twelve people. A large, custom-built barbecue is also available.

Le Grivet has six double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; four are upstairs and two are on the ground floor. One of the ground-floor bedrooms also has a private sitting room. Every window offers magnificent views of the gardens and the protected countryside.

The ground floor of the house is equipped with underfloor cooling, while the upper floor has air conditioning. In winter, these systems are reversed for heating, ensuring optimal comfort year-round.
