Chalet Tuilerie

This 6-bedroom chalet is located in the Val d'Allos and is just a short drive from ski resorts offering both downhill and cross-country skiing. Close to the Verdon River, it's a wonderful base for year-round activities – walking, cycling, horse riding, rafting, paddleboarding, canoeing, fishing, stargazing – the list is endless. The scenery is exceptional at any time of year – snow in winter, beautiful spring flowers, magnificent mountains year-round, and vibrant autumn colours and mushrooms.
Chalet Tuilerie can accommodate 16 adults plus 2 babies in a magnificent location near the Val d'Allos ski resorts. A fantastic year-round retreat, this large chalet is perfectly situated to offer visitors a wide range of activities during their stay. Set in a wooded area, the chalet is close to the Verdon River and the villages of the Upper Verdon. Villars-Colmars, with its supermarket, hotel, and bar/restaurant, is nearby, and a little further on lies the magnificent Vauban citadel of Colmars-les-Alpes, a mountain village nestled along the Verdon River, captivating visitors with its ramparts, forts, and exceptional natural setting. A testament to its rich military past, it combines heritage, history, and outdoor activities in a typically Alpine setting. In 2025, Colmars-les-Alpes received the prestigious "Most Beautiful Villages of France" designation. Five minutes away is the mountain hamlet of Villars-Heyssier with the famous Saint-Pierre Gorge.
In winter, visitors can enjoy downhill and cross-country skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing; in spring, the mountain flowers are a delight; in summer, the cool mountain evenings are refreshing and the local activities are amazing - try horse riding, cycling, walking for all levels, rafting and canoeing in the Verdon, paragliding and of course the exciting activities offered in the mountain villages; autumn offers mushrooms and the magnificent colors of the trees.
Lake Castillon offers many activities in the summer and the Verdon Gorges are a marvel to discover.
It is rare to find a house offering 6 bedrooms, which allows large groups of family and/or friends to spend holidays together.

Details concerning animals Dogs are welcome, but are not allowed on the sofas or beds. If you feel there is any risk, please bring your own pet covers. Dog waste must be picked up and disposed of before your departure.
