* 2 beds 90x200 which can be pushed together to make a double bed. Very good new bedding.
* Fully equipped and refurbished, bed linen and bath towels on request.
* Parking outside in front of the house (50m) or in the castle car park (150m).

It is possible to walk to the village center (10 minutes) and to the thermal baths (20-30 minutes). However, as the villa is located on the heights of Gréoux near the castle, access on foot is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Rental price:
- From January to the end of May and from October to the end of December: 1020 euros for 3 weeks (cleaning and bed linen/bath towels included)
- From the beginning of June to the end of September: 1120 euros for 3 weeks (cleaning and bed linen/bath towels included)
- 450 euros per week (cleaning and bed linen/bath towels included)
- Additional costs: 50 euros EDF charges and tourist tax: 1,65 euros per day per person (3-star furnished tourist accommodation)
Exclusively non-smoking (indoors and outdoors), no pets allowed.
