This studio is bright, temperate in summer, and not overlooked. From the balcony with loggia, you will have an unobstructed view of the castle and the pine forest while sitting in a garden lounge (west side).

It is located in a quiet and secure residence (Les Bastides), on the 2nd floor with elevator, (access with badge). A large free parking lot is located at the foot of the building as well as a secure bicycle storage room.
Ideally located, a 7-minute walk from the thermal spa (600m) and 900m from the town center. You can access it on foot through the pine forest and the thermal park, or through the village (on foot or by car). 50m away you will also find shops, including food stores.
This studio is presented as follows:
- an entrance and a storage cupboard, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, clothes horse,
- A bathroom with shower, towel dryer, hair dryer, washing machine, storage space, etc.
- Independent toilets.
- A sleeping area with alcove for more privacy, with 1 bed 140 (new merino bedding, firm comfort, a dressing room, blanket, duvet (with its cover) and bedspread + pillows 60x60 cm (with its covers)).
- A living room with table and 4 chairs with access to the balcony
- a balcony/loggia with garden furniture to enjoy the view and the beautiful days
- A lounge area with a 140cm BZ (bultex mattress) and an 83cm television.
- A kitchen equipped with a traditional oven, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, hand blender, mixer, etc.
Wi-Fi, cleaning and household products (including iron, etc.), and a fan are available for your stay.
For your first few days, you will have access to oil, salt, pepper, vinegar and toilet paper, which you can renew yourself for the rest of your stay.

• Arrivals between 16 p.m. and 18 p.m.
• Departures max 10am
I prefer to welcome you personally upon your arrival. In the exceptional case where I cannot be present, a key box can be used.
