- Fully equipped bright kitchen (fridge + freezer section, ceramic hob, oven, pod or filter coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.), Air freshener. Table + 4 chairs, console. Window + Velux, and French window opening onto the terraces.
- 16m2 terrace with table and 4 garden chairs, drying rack, parasol, charcoal barbecue, storage box.
- Access on a flat strip overlooking the alley
