Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the modern and functional kitchen features comprehensive and up-to-date equipment (appliances replaced between 2018 and 2023). You will find everything you need for your meals: a refrigerator-freezer, a conventional oven, a combination microwave (with instructions displayed), as well as a filter coffee maker (filters provided) and a multi-pod coffee machine compatible with Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, Senseo and L'Or.

The bedroom offers excellent comfort thanks to two electric single beds that can be joined to form a large bed, both equipped with high-quality latex mattresses and hypoallergenic memory foam toppers. The bright and welcoming living room features a very comfortable sofa bed.

In summer, enjoy the covered terrace, sunny from approximately 14 pm to 19 pm: an ideal space for meals or relaxation, sheltered from direct sunlight. Enclosed by flower boxes, it is furnished with a table, chairs, and two lounge chairs.

For a safe stay, the apartment is equipped with grab bars in the bathroom (above the bathtub) and in the toilet. The electric towel warmer ensures comfortable warmth.

Located on the ground floor, the apartment remains naturally cool even during periods of intense heat (a maximum of 26°C was recorded during the heatwaves of 2022 and 2023). A tower fan is available, and each room has electric heating for cooler periods.

In summer, you can also enjoy the residence's swimming pool, open from July 1st to August 31st (under municipal management), accessible at no extra charge.

Details concerning animals : Only one small dog is allowed. There is a €25 supplement per week.
