Jas de Belley - Belley Gîte

Welcome to the South Region (04) in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence in Montfort (04600).
The Belley (04600) gîte is designed for four people with a swimming pool, shaded terrace, and flower garden allowing you to enjoy the outdoors. The independent entrance offers a view of the Durance Valley.

LA CUISINE
For the very well-equipped kitchen side, the 'gîte de Belley' for four people has a double sink, a gas hob, a glass splashback, an oven, an extractor hood, a microwave oven, a large recent fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen area is equipped with a table and four chairs, crockery for your stay up to 4 people maximum and the necessary to make your meals indoors or outdoors.

THE LIVING ROOM
The living room area has: a comfortable three-seater non-convertible sofa, two velvet armchairs, decorative cushions, a coffee table, two lamps, a large flat-screen TV with free Wi-Fi access, coat racks, a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and the documentation provided for your entertainment in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence (04).

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside, and smoking is permitted outside the cottage. Pets are not allowed inside or outside the rental.

BEDROOMS
The two quality rooms of 14 square meters and 17 square meters non-smoking are decorated with wrought ironwork, they are both as beautiful as the other.

Cumin Room: 14 m2 room with parquet flooring for 2 people, personalized wrought iron decoration, and its custom-made 140 cm wrought iron canopy double bed with drawers, decorative cushions and its recent mattress; as well as a large matching metal wardrobe. Hangers for your stay with 2 metal tables + 2 bedside lamps, and various wrought iron furniture revealing the charm of a romantic custom-made room created by Mr Delbart, artisan ironworker in Les Mées (04190).

Linen provided for your arrival: 1 bath towel per person, 1 hand towel per person, 1 duvet + cover, 2 pillows + 1 bolster, 1 sheet + 1 fitted sheet for the rental of the stay.

Muscade Room: Comfortable and spacious 17 m² room with parquet flooring for 2 people, featuring a large contemporary bed (160 x 200 cm) and its recent mattress. Decorative cushions, including 2 wooden tables + bedside lamps. Includes a wrought iron rod with net curtains and blackout curtains.

The layout of a metal and wood office space with lighting and an armchair. A coat rack, a custom-made metal dressing area with hangers for your living room. To access the 'relaxation area' floor, a reading area with lighting and resting essentials. You climb the wrought iron, iron and wood staircase with a custom-made railing for your safety and comfort created by Mr. Delbart, artisan ironworker in Les Mées (04) in the Alpes-de-Haute Provence (04).


THE BATHROOM
The very recent 7,5 m2 bathroom consists of a large walk-in shower with non-slip tiles in the shower area. A beautiful metal glass roof, a custom-made metal towel rack and a piece of furniture with drawers to store your belongings including 2 sinks, a large mirror with lighting, a towel dryer, a hair dryer, an interior clothes horse, a laundry basket, a washing machine, an ironing board.

THE TOILETS
The toilets with hand basins are independent.

THE EXTERIOR
Outside the 'gîte de Belley', you have the opportunity to taste local products created by artisans from the region (04), brochures highlighted and to have the possibility of preparing good breakfasts and meals outside. We have provided a table, and four chairs for your comfort on the terrace shaded by the hundred-year-old oak. You can relax in the outdoor swimming pool and lounge on the sun loungers.
And protect yourself from the sun under the parasols and discover the private garden planted with olive trees where there is a wrought iron hammock for relaxing and playing pétanque with friends and family.

Barbecue access: To prepare your outdoor grills and for good organization in the use of the barbecue and to have the pleasure of preparing your grills, a simple request is enough. It is forbidden to grill after 21:30 p.m. for fire reasons and to respect the people on vacation in seasonal rentals. Access to the property in its entirety and to the barbecue are prohibited to anyone not listed on the rental agreement.
