Description
La Fauvette is an old barn dating from 1887 which was renovated in 1982.
The furnished apartment is located on the 1st floor, seven steps are required to access it.
The kitchen has been completely renovated to make way for a modern and practical kitchen area. It faces west, as does the living room, where you will find a sofa bed and a 92 cm flat screen television.
In front of the living room, there is a terrace with garden furniture. You can enjoy the barbecue at your disposal.
The "Hearts" room, facing west, has a 140 cm bed and a wall cupboard equipped with shelves and a wardrobe with hangers.
The "Mountain" bedroom is on a closed mezzanine with two 90 cm twin beds.
The bathroom is spacious with a shower and a double sink.
In the garden, you can either relax in the shade of the plum trees or enjoy the sun.
A covered swimming pool of 10mx4.50 m is shared by the 3 gîtes.
