This splendid villa is located at the top of a hill surrounded by 7 private hectares in the magnificent Luberon Park.
This elevated location offers magnificent views from Mont Ventoux to the Montagne de Lure and the Alps. The villa has been tastefully renovated and is equipped with modern amenities and consists of 365 m² of living space.

Once you arrive at the parking lot, ancient stone steps will lead you to the ground floor. On this floor, you will find the main entrance, a large dining room with an open kitchen, a living area with a romantic fireplace, and the master bedroom with its private bathroom. Downstairs, there are 4 other bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. (2 private bathrooms and one shared bathroom) Villa Bellevue can accommodate up to 10 people.

The main floor of Villa Bellevue overlooks a valley, allowing you to admire the natural beauty of Provence from the dining room (fields, villages, mountains).
At the rear of the ground floor is a terrace with an outdoor dining area and barbecue sheltered from the wind. Here, another set of antique stone steps will lead you to the second terrace. This terrace will allow you to fully relax thanks to the beautiful swimming pool, deckchairs, pool house, and magnificent 360° panoramic view!

The 7 hectares of land include the living area (villa + terraces + parking), fields, stables and a large part of woodland with hidden paths that promise you beautiful walks in the heart of nature.

Rules of procedure:
All swimming must be done under the constant supervision of adults who are able to intervene quickly in the event of danger.
The tenant is responsible for bathers during the rental.
Safety gate between the pool and the terrace to be used.
