The Hautes Granges gîte stands out for its exposure, its panoramic view, and its tranquility. A large stone building, dating back at least two centuries, provides this space. It's a little corner of paradise in the Provençal Alps, in the Jabron Valley.

Description

It is a stone building leaning against the hillside, an old traditional Provençal farmhouse, on two levels. The lower level features magnificent vaulted spaces, previously occupied as sheepfolds. Upstairs, where the bedrooms are today, fodder was stored. The site offers beautiful spaces, full of charm, as well as a rare wild environment.

The swimming pool provides welcome refreshment from June to September.

Far from any pollution, the air and the sky are of a rare purity, and astronomy enthusiasts can spend long night hours observing the stars.

Nestled on a steep, south-facing hillside in the heart of a 10-hectare estate, this tastefully renovated farmhouse offers the charm of old stone and all the essential comforts for a truly restful or relaxing stay. We are a 30-minute drive from the small town of Sisteron and at an altitude of 800 meters.
