Gîte Le Platane

The 100 m² "Le Platane" gîte, rated 3*, is located on a 1400 m² fenced plot and offers a pleasant setting with its own entrance. On the raised ground floor, it features a large living room including an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle), a dining room, and a relaxation area with a sofa, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and an oil-fired stove. A pantry and a separate toilet with a washbasin complete this space.

The cottage includes 4 bedrooms equipped with a 140cm double bed each and 2 others with 2 single 90cm beds each. A bathroom with shower and toilet is also available.
The accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people.

You can enjoy 2 private covered terraces, one next to the kitchen, the other overlooking the swimming pool and overlooking the village, adding to the charm of this cottage.
These are two really ideal places to eat without fearing the sun.

The accommodation is located a two-minute walk from the village center where you will find two restaurants and a grocery store, just 15 minutes from Riez for access to many other shops (supermarket, etc.), market, concerts.
