In the Vallon de Maurin, at 1905m, in the heart of an authentic hamlet, push open the door of this warm refuge and share your passion for the mountains.
Description
Located on the GTA, the GR5 and the Via Alpina, the refuge is also the starting point for many family and sporting hikes such as the lakes and glaciers of Marinet, the sources of the Ubaye, the old marble quarry, the Chambeyron tour or the Font Sancte tour.
In winter, ski touring, snowshoeing and Nordic skiing are available.
A refuge of the French Alpine Club for over 30 years, it is also a real "landmark" for mountaineers where it is good to exchange and chat together over a drink and a good meal.
Accessible by car all year round, parking is available at the entrance to the hamlet.
