We offer two one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments for seasonal rental in Gréoux-les-bains, located in the "Hameau d'Aurafrède" area, in a green setting close to the Verdon bridge (350 m) and a 10-minute walk from the thermal baths (900 m).
Description
The apartments are spacious and bright and have large terraces and a private outdoor space allowing you to make the most of the gentle lifestyle in the Provençal hinterland.
The Hameau d'Aurafrède is located on the edge of the village, at the starting point of numerous hiking trails (including access to the chapel of Notre Dame des Oeufs) and mountain bike trails and provides quick access to the walk along the Verdon and its fitness trail.
Both apartments have been available for rent since 2017 and are equipped with all the necessary equipment for long stays (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron, etc.) with new bedding. Wi-Fi is available, and each apartment has a 105 cm flat screen TV and a DVD player for watching TNT channels or DVDs. A stereo system is also available. Sheets, household linen, and towels are available as options. For any reservation of 3 weeks or more, we offer bed linen and towel rental, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.

Prices
Week: from €275 to €400 (Offer for spa guests/long stays (3 weeks minimum): rental of sheets (2 sets), toiletries (2 sets) and end-of-stay cleaning included.).
Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning for stays of less than 3 weeks (60 euros)
Supplement for departure on Sunday of 30 euros (for end-of-stay cleaning)
Tourist tax: 1,65 euros per person per night (apartments classified ***)
Possibility of renting sheets and towels for stays of less than 3 weeks:
- Set of single bed sheets: 15 euros
- Set of double bed sheets: 18 euros
- Toiletries for 1 person: 15 euros.
