This spacious house is ideal for family holidays, it can accommodate up to 8 people, in the small village of Claret located 15 minutes from Laragne.
The living room and kitchen open onto a balcony with a magnificent panorama of the Durance valley!
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, pantry with washing machine. A large table is set in the dining room, while the lounge area is dedicated to relaxation with an armchair and a 2-seater sofa bed, television, DVD player and bookcase.
Three bedrooms allow everyone to have their independence: 2 bedrooms have a double bed, 1 other has two single beds; the bedrooms are spacious and can accommodate a baby bed.
Bathroom with slipper bath. Separate toilet.
You can enjoy the unobstructed view and the peace and quiet in the enclosed garden, with garden furniture, barbecue, and ping-pong table.
Parking next to the house. Many leisure activities nearby: hiking, fishing, swimming, cycling, mountain biking or even via ferrata. Varied visits await you: Gorges de la Méouge in the Regional Natural Park of Baronnies Provençales, Provençal market of Laragne, Citadel of Sisteron, museums ... (1/2 hour from Gap or Sisteron).
