Description
The Bel Air Hotel has been run by our family for 4 generations, located in Jausiers, at an altitude of 1235 m, at the foot of the Col de la Bonette, at the gateway to Mercantour, in the Alpes de Haute-Provence.
Our hotel is the starting point for the major mountain passes of the Southern Alps: the Col de Vars, Col de Larche, Col de Cayolle, Col de Allos, and Col de Restefond-La Bonette (the highest road in Europe). A must-see stop on the Route des Grandes Alpes for our biker and cyclist friends.
Motorcycle and cycle touring, hiking, white water sports, climbing, horse riding, trout fishing in mountain streams and lakes, paragliding and hang gliding, relaxation and swimming at the Jausiers lake, are all activities that can be offered to you in the summer in Ubaye.
