Access to the 1st floor by external staircase. 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed (bathroom), 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm) (bathroom), 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm) (bathroom/WC). Separate WC. Comfortable sleeping for 6 people, extra bed for 2 people. Central heating and electricity. Mobile phone available, bring a Mobicarte top-up. Sheet rental and cleaning service available on site. Short stays possible on request, 4 night minimum outside July/August. All charges included.
