At the moment, Chez le Poète offers a dish (€15) and dessert of the day (€6) to take away and to enjoy on site at lunchtime from Tuesday to Friday.
• This former 19th century coaching inn is a hotel with 11 rooms.
It's a good idea to stop here for the simplicity that brings the place to life and for the local cuisine prepared by the hostess, Florence Michel. A place where you'll find what you came looking for in the Blanche Valley: calm and sincerity.
