Authentic 33cm Italian pizzas, cooked in a wood oven, fresh, Italian products, homemade! The iconic Italian cheese "fior di latte" (cow's milk mozzarella) is used in our pizzas as well as the gavotte loaf from the Ubaye valley. And no others!
