We work exclusively with the freshest products, selected for their quality.
Scottish Label Rouge salmon, French farmed sea bream and fresh (not defrosted) albacore tuna are our flagship products.
But not only the fish must be of quality! The rice, being the main ingredient, is of incomparable quality, as are the seaweed (maki leaves), sesame seeds, ginger, wasabi, and avocados.
On the menu, you'll find classic favorites as well as more original creations such as salmon, cream cheese, and lemon zest maki; cucumber, cream cheese, and fresh mint maki; tuna, pineapple, and wasabi California roll; salmon, ginger, and fresh mint California roll; or sea bream, tomato, and basil California roll. For those with a more adventurous palate, our salmon, tuna, and sea bream tartares are sure to delight!
