All pizzas are made in the truck, with a handcrafted dough. They are enhanced with quality ingredients such as the homemade tomato sauce recipe, artisanal goat cheese from the Mistral farm located in Quinson, fresh mushrooms as well as the 1994 gold medal-winning Casttellano mozzarella made in Aix en Provence. The pizzas are made to order and served with a smile!
