La Terrasse first surprises with its panoramic view of the Durance Valley and the first Alpine reliefs. It is from this exceptional terroir that the chef draws his products and his creativity. Locavore by nature, the team develops menus with local and generally organic produce for an authentic and seasonal cuisine, in harmony with its environment. Specialties: Spit-roasted lamb, fresh and wild fish. Favorites: The village of Lurs: perched on a balcony above the middle Durance valley, the small village is a delightful maze of alleys. Surrounded by olive groves, it is a little corner of paradise from where you can admire a spectacular panorama of the Durance valley and the first Alpine reliefs.
