Description

Reillanne is a picturesque village perched at an altitude of 600 meters in the Luberon Regional Natural Park, in the heart of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence region. With a population of approximately 1, it offers a warm and authentic atmosphere.
At the top of the hilltop village of Reillanne, the Saint-Denis orientation table offers an exceptional panorama of the Luberon, the Alps, and the Lure mountain. Witnesses to a rich medieval past, the tower of the old castle and the fortified gates recall the old village walls. Its architectural heritage can be discovered along the narrow streets: the Château de Valligrane, a Renaissance house adorned with frescoes, or the monumental fountain in the main square, a symbol of the ideological tensions of the 19th century. Its religious heritage is equally remarkable, with the Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption church, the Saint-Roch chapel, and the Saint-Denis des Pénitents blancs chapel. Finally, the Delestic mill, listed as a Historic Monument, bears witness to the village's former milling activity.

The village is renowned for its lively Sunday market, where local producers and artisans come together to offer their fresh produce and artisanal creations.
