Surrounded by the iconic peaks of Cheval Blanc, Pic de Couard, and Barre des Dourbes, Tartonne offers a life-size playground for hiking, mountain biking, and exploration enthusiasts. Located in the Haute-Provence Geological Reserve, the town boasts a rare geological heritage, punctuated by fossils, spectacular gorges, and historical remains. Here, fountains, sundials, chapels, and the Château de Maladrech tell a profound story.
