Mison is dominated by the remains of a once very imposing castle from where you can admire a very beautiful view of the Buëch valley.
Description
Discover the remains of an old barrel-vaulted tower and the ruins of a Chalaisian abbey. The village is the homeland of a famous character. Astronomer and mathematician, Ernest Esclangon became the master of time with the invention of the speaking clock in 1932.
To the north of the village, take a stroll around the lake and observe some birds such as coots and great crested grebes nesting among underwater plants.
