Day 1: Forcalquier & Mane: first tastes, first scents

The stay begins at Forcalquier, a county town with bohemian chic charm. A guided tour allows you to grasp its soul, a blend of heritage and Provençal art of living. The discovery continues at the Forcalquier Biscuit Factory, where local flours, olive oil and almonds awaken delicious memories.

Finally, a refined lunch at Le Bel Écrin restaurant, an iconic gastronomic address in the Forcalquier region.

The afternoon is dedicated to aromatic and medicinal plants with a visit to theArtemisia Museum, in the heart of City of Flavors and Scents, then at the shop of the Distilleries and Estates of Provencea true concentration of Provençal traditions.

Day 2: Mane & Manosque: gardens, gourmet treats and the world of L'Occitane

The morning begins with Salagon, museum and gardens, where the links between humans and plants are explored through remarkable gardens. Then, indulge your taste buds with the Caramelerie de Mane, then at the House of Country ProductsThese are two true showcases of local flavors and aromas.

A Manosque, birthplace of Jean Gionolunch at Little Provençal precedes the immersion in the world of L'Occitane in Provence, which celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2026. The visit to the Manufacturing and new sensory boutique unveils the history, textures and iconic scents of the brand.

Just a stone's throw away, a tasting workshop Château Rousset This completes this day dedicated to the senses. It is one of the oldest vineyards in Haute Provence.

The evening takes place at Domaine de la Mautanne**** in Sainte-Tulle, with a dinner showcasing the iconic products of the Alpes de Haute Provence.

Day 3: Valensole & Moustiers-Sainte-Marie: lavender and Provençal elegance

Direction tray of Valensole, land of light and lavender. The visit to the Pistachio House reveals a world of culinary delights. Then a meeting at Domaine des Grandes Margeswhere olives, almonds, lavender and aromatic plants are grown using organic farming methods.

The afternoon is devoted to Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, classified among Most Beautiful Villages of FranceA guided tour, followed by free time, allows you to discover artisans, heritage and the Faience Museum.

The night is spent at Terraces***in a relaxing setting, before an elegant dinner at the restaurant Thistle.

Day 4: Annot, city of sandstone and final panorama
