Description
For a family walk or a fishing trip, Lake Gaubert is a great place to relax, in direct contact with nature.
This lake was created by the La Bléone fishing association to allow its members to perfect their fishing skills and to welcome younger generations as part of the fishing school. It has since become a relaxing place, widely frequented by walkers.
For several years, the association has set up a Fishing and River House there to raise public awareness and promote the Bléone, whose basin (rivers and torrents, riparian and adoux forests) is made up of very rich environments for many species: trout, bullhead, bleae, barbel, crayfish, beaver and European bee-eater. The Bléone is relatively little affected by development, which allows it to maintain a fairly natural dynamic and a beautiful braided profile.
Details concerning animals : Dog owners must comply with the specific regulations of the Gaubert leisure center (ref. municipal decree no. 17-307). Dogs must be kept on a leash.
Other details
The lake is open to the public, and picnic tables and benches are located around the lake. Anglers must have a departmental or interdepartmental fishing license.
