As a Mountain Guide, I also organize hiking and yoga retreats. The practice of yoga, nature, and walking form a harmonious and subtle triangle, a source of rejuvenation, energy, and balance.
When you practice Yoga, you cultivate your body and soul. Yoga is the union of breath, sensations, emotions, thoughts, and the body.

Vinyasa Yoga Session
I invite you to come and sit on a yoga mat for a Vinyasa session, at the Mouv'&Fit studio in Barcelonnette or outdoors during the summer. Yoga is the union of breathing, feelings, emotions, thoughts and the body. Vinyasa is a practice in movement where the breath guides each posture to create space in the body and mind. The flows or sequences are varied in order to strengthen and relax your body and thus, create harmony, balance, calm... You are your own photosynthesis!

Yin Yoga Session
This gentle yoga practice aims to achieve balance and live life to the fullest by harmonizing Yin and Yang energies. Yang, associated with action and outward expression, is often overactive, making Yin strengthening necessary to restore equilibrium. Yin, representing calm, passivity, and receptivity, is developed by releasing tension accumulated in the deeper layers of the body, such as connective tissues and fascia. Postures are held for extended periods, as the action must penetrate deeply enough to stimulate the deepest tissues. Props are used for added support and to encourage greater relaxation. Only when these two energies are in balance do we achieve the emotional stability and inner peace necessary to unlock our full potential.
Family and Nature Yoga
In the studio, during the winter or in case of bad weather.
During a walk, awaken your senses in nature! On the program: body language through play, mimes, breathing, playful postures representing animals, yoga practice in an original and funny way, laughter yoga, weather of the heart (emotions), meditation with a story. A harmonious activity developing motor skills, emotion management and strengthening self-confidence.
For children aged 4 to 12, to be shared as a family. Mats and equipment provided.
Day hikes or yoga retreats
I invite you to gently slow down by connecting with nature, body, and mind. I guide you in returning to yourself to nourish and cultivate your inner space. Immersed in wild nature and immersed in a peaceful atmosphere, access mindfulness and relax in the present moment. Yoga and hiking are two complementary and harmonious activities.
