The vast Riou-Bourdoux watershed has given humans a lot of trouble taming its devastating torrent. Among replanted forests and mountain pastures, reach the high ridges, bordering the Embrunais region.
Description
From the hamlet of Dalis at the foot of the summit of "la Grande Epervière" (2,879 m), the path climbs through the forest alongside a torrent (Riou de la Pare).
It then climbs in a multitude of bends to follow the massif to a shepherd's hut. The climb then takes place above the wooded area to reach the Col des Orres (2 m) and return via a loop to the hamlet.
