In Mane, in the heart of Haute-Provence, we have developed exceptional Caramel recipes using our flagship ingredient: Provençal olive oil combined with traditional know-how using French machines from the 1950s.

Description

Established in an 18th-century Provençal country house, which was once a silkworm farm, visitors are first welcomed into a garden converted into a butterfly sanctuary, in collaboration with Act for Planet and the League for the Protection of Birds. The caramels are made entirely by hand. The production workshop, visible behind a large bay window and accessible via a footbridge, offers visitors a glimpse into the history of ancient manufacturing.
