Description
Saint-Julien Beach signpost (367 m) - Continue on the flat path between the lake and the canal. Pass in front of the stone bridge of La Barade and continue on this historic path to the end of the canal (tunnel closed by a gate).
Ascend to the plateau overlooking the lake. After a pleasant panoramic traverse above it, join a track.
Post Balcony of the lake (385 m) - Go down the track on the left to its end, cross the canal and reach the edge of the lake. Follow it on the right. Pass in front of the "Ponton du lac" and continue until you find the route of the old canal and follow it to the Quartier building.
Le Quartier marker (370 m) - Return via the uphill track to the right. At the next intersection, continue straight ahead and reach point 3. Return to the starting point via the same route taken on the way out.
