Classic “Survival Immersion” course - 2 days and 1 night (or 3 days and 2 nights)

A true immersion in nature lasting 2 days and 1 night, this course will provide you with all the basics of survival in order to be able to face all the situations that may arise in the great outdoors more calmly. With family, friends, bachelorette parties, seminars or works councils, this course is intended for those in search of adventure, discovery, learning or group cohesion. A genuine moment of sharing, fun and unusual from which you will certainly come out enriched!

“Sports Survival” Traveling Course - 3 days and 2 nights

Want to push yourself further? This course is for you! Ideal for learning about survival skills while enjoying a mountain trek. It's an opportunity to practice good walking techniques to save energy and preserve your health, and to learn or improve your map reading and orientation skills amidst the majestic mountains of Haute-Ubaye.

Gentle “Deep Reconnection” course - 2 days and 1 night

THE gentle survival course for anyone looking to disconnect/reconnect with nature! Together, we will cover all the basics necessary for survival in a Zen atmosphere and with a mindful approach over these two days. This is an opportunity to introduce you, in addition to survival, to breathing techniques, posture, and active meditation through walking, among other things. Whether you are new to meditation techniques or not, this course will be the perfect opportunity to find balance and deep well-being while enjoying the magic of spending two days in the great outdoors.
