From Val d'Allos to Thorame-Basse, 8 roaming loops, from 2 to 6 days, guide you to discover the Upper Verdon Valley and its riches.
These treks, on the move, are completely flexible from 1 to 6 days, according to your convenience.
From the Estrop massif, passing through the Mercantour lakes or the sources of the Verdon, a range of landscapes, each more beautiful than the last.

1 – The Estrop massif – 2 days
Day 1: Val d'Allos – La Foux / Refuge de l'Estrop (via the Baisse de l'Auriac) PLEASE NOTE: route has been modified (passage via the Auriac hut is prohibited)

2 – The Mercantour Lakes – 3 days (4-day option)
