From the Estrop massif, passing through the Mercantour lakes or the sources of the Verdon, a range of landscapes, each more beautiful than the last.

1 – The Estrop massif – 2 days
Day 1: Val d'Allos – La Foux / Refuge de l'Estrop (via the Baisse de l'Auriac) PLEASE NOTE: route has been modified (passage via the Auriac hut is prohibited)
Day 2: Estrop Refuge / Val d'Allos – La Foux (via the Baisse de l'Aiguille)

2 – The Mercantour Lakes – 3 days (4-day option)
Day 1: Colmars-les-Alpes / Val d'Allos - Le Seignus (via Chaumie)
Day 2: Val d'Allos - Le Seignus / Allos Lake Refuge
Day 3: Allos Lake Refuge / Colmars-les-Alpes (via Encombrette)
Option Day 4: The Lakes and summit of Pelat from the Allos lake refuge

3 - From Fort Vauban to the spinning mills of Haut Verdon – 2 days

Day 3: Laverq / Col d'Allos Refuge (via the Col de la Sestrière)
Day 4: Col d'Allos Refuge / Val d'Allos – the village (Via Prénier with a Rochegrand option)

4 – The Pelat tour – 3 days (4-day option)
Day 1: Val d'Allos – the village / Col d'Allos refuge (via Prénier with Rochegrand option)

- Eastern part: Talon Cabins / Cayolle Refuge
Day 3: Refuge de la Cayolle / Val d'Allos – the village

5 – The grand tour: 6 days, 5 refuges, a 3000 m – 6 days
Day 1: Val d'Allos – the village / Refuge de l'Estrop (via the Baisse de l'Auriac)
Day 2: Refuge de l’Estrop / Laverq (via the Basse de la Petite Barre)
