At the foot of the imposing Roche Close, this route allows you to discover one of the main mountain pastures of the Pays de Seyne: the Grande Montagne, and its emblematic cabin, a grazing area for cattle and horses.
Description
From the car park along the Blanche ravine, after the wooden bridge located at the exit of the hamlet of Maure.
The route climbs either via the Blanche stream or via a forest track through a larch forest to the Mulets hut. The return journey can be made via the track.
Possible variation by continuing on a path to the mountain pastures of the Grande Montagne with a descent via the southern slope of Tourtourel: 6km loop, 3h30, elevation gain 500m.
Details concerning animals : Dogs must be kept on a leash due to the presence of herds.
