Description
Just a stone's throw from Sisteron town center, the Marres lake offers a 5 m² swimming area that is secure and supervised in summer, with access for people with reduced mobility. This green setting at the foot of the citadel features grassy beaches, a paddling pool for children, and a large pool. The site also houses a nature and leisure park with picnic and barbecue areas, a snack bar, a beach volleyball court, a fitness area, a fitness trail, a city stadium, and children's playgrounds.
An ideal place to combine relaxation, swimming and sports activities with family or friends.

Groups: Free access to the site. A deposit of €750 is required for groups, with a reservation form to be completed well in advance of arrival. Minimum: 3 weeks in advance. Any group wishing to come to the lake must register with the Sports Department: 04 92 61 27 35 or service-sports@sisteron.fr (for instructions). For coaches, drop-off and pick-up of passengers at the bus station (5 minutes on foot).
