Durance Hippodrome

Built in 1909, the Durance racecourse hosts trotting races, both mounted and harnessed. These races take place four times a year, according to the annual calendar. This year, 2026, they will be held on Sundays, April 12th and 26th, Friday, May 8th, and Sunday, September 13th. They attract many horse racing enthusiasts. Families are also catered for with children's activities offered in the shaded park (pony rides, bouncy castles, carousel, etc.). The volunteers of the Equestrian Society offer on-site catering with a refreshment stand, table service, and a snack bar.
