Taste, color, flavors...and a little more! Created in the early 2000s, the Maison des Produits de Pays de Mane is the fourth of its kind in the Alpes de Haute-Provence. Located at a crossroads leading to the Haute-Provence Observatory, the Astronomical Center (facilities located in the neighboring town of Saint-Michel l'Observatoire - Lincel), the Château de Sauvan, and the Salagon site, this air-conditioned building brings together all the know-how of some forty producers, artisans, and artists from Haute-Provence who offer the fruits of their passion and labor. Open all year round, 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., cleverly complemented by various activities (tastings of local products, exhibitions), the site allows you to please as much as you please.
Honey, chestnut cream, nougats, berlingots, chocolates, spelt, olive oil, beer, wines, farm cheeses, pâtés, rillettes, cooked dishes, preserves, mustards, vinegars, tapenades, jams ... tantalize the taste buds. Leather goods, lighting, doorware, books, turned wood, blown glass, postcards, stained glass, watercolors, paintings on wood, candles, santons ... delight the view. Tapestries, wools, weavings, silk, pareos, plaids, slippers, t-shirts, gloves, will dress you or do the same for your "home", finally cosmetics, essential oils, wild herbs, floral waters, aromatherapy will act on everyday aches and pains as well as on your well-being. One place, for all this you will say ... then do not hesitate to push open the doors of the Maison des Produits de Pays de Haute-Provence at the entrance to the village.
