Production of honey, royal jelly... Present at the markets on Monday mornings in Forcalquier (on the rampart), Wednesday mornings in St-Étienne-les-Orgues and Sunday mornings in Saint-Auban. Also available at the Montlaux honey house (visit possible by appointment).
