Upon entering the AJK Honey Workshop, you can chat with Anne-Gaëlle, the beekeeper on site. She will introduce you to the fascinating world of bees.
You will be able to discover the honeys from our production, as well as homemade gingerbread, marshmallows and nougats, through a tasting.
We are professional beekeepers and harvesters, and our honey house is located in Jausiers. We move our hives throughout the PACA region to offer a variety of flavors and high-quality honey, certified PGI Miel de Provence.
You can also find us all year round at the Barcelonnette market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Our produce is also available at the Maison de Pays de Jausiers.

School holidays: Tuesday to Saturday
We open randomly outside of school holidays, as we are farmers and it is imperative that we visit our apiaries and honey houses the rest of the year. For more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
