Wednesday, July 1st, 2026 at 21pm is "Make Way for Music".
PINKTONE revisits the great pop classics, from the 70s to today, infusing them with an elegant and resolutely current soul-jazz touch!

Description

PINKTONE "Sweet Jazz-Pop" was born at the very beginning of the year 2025 in Toulouse.

PINKTONE is the result of an obvious musical encounter between Stéphanie Dumouch, a singer with an expressive and nuanced voice, and Cyril Salvagnac, a guitarist known for his subtle and inventive playing.
Joining this close-knit duo are Laurent Meyer on drums and Fabrice Camboulive on double bass, forming a rhythm section that is both solid and sensitive.

The group revisits the great pop classics, from the 70s to the present day, infusing them with an elegant and resolutely current soul-jazz touch.
Each track becomes an original reinterpretation, carried by refined arrangements, bold harmonic pirouettes and an irresistible sense of groove.
We rediscover with emotion iconic pieces, transformed with precision, without ever betraying their essence.

By skillfully blending the freedom of jazz, the energy of pop and the warmth of acoustic sounds, PINKTONE will surprise you and touch your heart.

Line up:

Stéphanie Dumouch: A professional singer for over 20 years, Stéphanie has forged her path from stage to stage, carried by a voice that is at once sensitive, intense, and versatile. She has sung in big bands, salsa groups, jazz, pop, and French chanson projects, performing over 1500 concerts in France and abroad. Each musical project has enriched her artistic world and strengthened her ability to adapt to diverse styles, while bringing her own vocal signature to each. With PINKTONE, she rediscovers what inspires her most: the freedom of live performance, the pleasure of reinterpretation, and playing with nuances and colors. Her music is vibrant, dynamic, creative, and constantly evolving. Alongside her performing career, Stéphanie founded the Vocal Technique Institute in Toulouse, a school that trains both singers and vocal coaches. In January 2025, she launched the PINKTONE project with guitarist Cyril Salvagnac.

Cyril Salvagnac: a self-taught guitarist since the age of 9, he plays and composes for several jazz-influenced groups. Since 2006, he has also written music for musicals and audiovisual productions (Casting de Rennes, "Histoire d'Oc" in Foix, projection mapping in Saint-Sernin, Toulouse, New Orleans, South Korea, etc.). In 1998, he fell under the spell of Gypsy jazz, which is omnipresent in his playing. Since that same year, he has played and composed for the group Mystère Trio, with whom he has performed over 1300 concerts in France and abroad. He also wrote numerous tracks for the album "Au début" by the contemporary jazz group Tiptoe Combo, released in November 2017. He arranges covers for the group Les Accordés Swing. In all these projects, he shares the stage with Fabrice Camboulive on double bass and Laurent Meyer on drums. In January 2025, with the PINKTONE project, he begins a new collaboration with Stéphanie Dumouch.

Fabrice Camboulive: bassist and double bassist, he completed his professional training at the Music'Halle school in Toulouse and then played with the funk band Ketzaco, performing extensively throughout France. From 2005 to 2007, he composed the music for several plays, which were performed at the Gaîté Montparnasse and the Théâtre Clavel in Paris. Starting in 2005, he participated in several musical projects: the Jazz Silicious Big Band, the pop-swing group Anagallis, and the poetic-musical project "Soir de grand vent" by the Compagnie des temps venus. In 2015, he joined the Mystère trio 4tet with Cyril Salvagnac, Laurent Meyer, and Renaud Richermo, and composed the music for several shows by the ZART theater company. Since then, he has also played with the group Meajam, a creative jazz project by pianist Xavier Faro, with two albums: "L'envol" in 2019 and "Utopia", recorded in May 2024. In March 2025 he joined the PINKTONE project.

Laurent Meyer: A graduate of the Agostini School of Toulouse in 1998, where he received a unanimous first prize in drumming, Laurent Meyer has since performed in various jazz, swing, and chanson ensembles. He has honed his drumming and percussion skills within the Mystère trio for over 25 years (more than 1300 concerts across the globe, from South America to New Caledonia, including Europe and Quebec…) with Cyril Salvagnac on guitar and Fabrice Camboulive on double bass. Together, they have played in several swing and Latin music groups: Anagallis, Soary Quartet, Tiptoe Combo, and currently Les Accordés Swing. He also plays in pianist Xavier Faro's contemporary jazz group Meajam, with two albums, "L'envol" in 2019 and "Utopia" recorded in May 2024. Since March 2025, on drums and percussion, he has been grooving for the PINKTONE project!
