Relais et Châteaux hotel and Michelin-starred restaurant since 1964, this house run by the Gleize family for 4 generations offers 18 recently renovated air-conditioned rooms with views of the mountains, the garden or the swimming pool, decorated with different styles and luxury furniture. time for a unique experience, rich in tradition and conviviality.
The organic garden, whose treasures adorn the kitchen, can be visited and the outdoor swimming pool is at your disposal from spring to autumn for a peaceful stay.
The gourmet restaurant combines local riches and the chef's know-how to celebrate the Provence so dear to Jany Gleize. An explosion of flavors is found on the plate, to the greatest pleasure of the taste buds, all in the cozy decor of the dining room.
As Jany Gleize indicates in her first book “La Bonne Etape Jany Gleize”, published in March 2016, her cuisine is “innovation of course, but knowing how to maintain reason, that this creative madness is only restrained by the desire to give the maximum pleasure and to share as much as possible what I prefer, without unnecessary frills. »
Also not to be missed is the Bistro Gaby restaurant, the house's second restaurant which offers simpler, traditional cuisine, with fresh, seasonal produce.
