Situation
The Lou San Peyre residence (also known as Côté Provence II) is quietly set back from Avenue des Thermes as you exit towards Riez. It is composed of two buildings separated by a magnificent Provençal garden. You can access the apartment on the first floor of the ground floor by elevator or stairs. The Lou San Peyre residence is surrounded by a park and a forest. The balcony faces west. It overlooks the grounds of a senior residence. You have a view of the mountains on the other side of the Verdon and you can see the village with the Templar castle through the trees in the park.

Apartment
The Lou San Peyre residence was built in 2013 in the Provençal style. The apartment (40,1 m²) includes a spacious living room/kitchen (22,8 m²), a large bedroom (11 m²) and a bathroom with WC (6,3 m²). A double French window in the living room/kitchen gives access to the balcony. The balcony (5,3 m²) with its west orientation can accommodate four people.

Equipment
You have a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, a large wardrobe with a hanging space, two bedside tables and a table that can be used as a desk.
The living room features a large, comfortable sofa bed with a slatted base (140x190) for two additional adults. The living room is also furnished with two half-length coffee tables, a coffee table, and a chest of drawers. A club lounge chair and a lounge mirror complete the comfort.
The kitchen is furnished with wall units, a worktop, and base units. It is well-equipped with 4 electric hobs, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a washing machine, and a vacuum cleaner. Everything is provided to prepare and serve meals for four people.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and clothes horse.
The balcony is furnished with a recliner, a table, and chairs for four. A sun and wind protection curtain allows guests to fully enjoy their time outdoors.
The Lou San Peyre residence is a low-energy building (BBC). Combined with a large ceiling fan, it offers pleasant days even during periods of intense heat. The apartment has independent gas heating.

The apartment is connected to fiber optics. It has all the necessary conditions for remote working. The large TV is connected to the internet via a Freebox. In addition to TNTSAT channels, you can enjoy all Free TV channels.
The Lou San Peyre residence features a private swimming pool for its residents, an underground garage with reserved parking, and direct elevator access. For mountain bikers, there is a shared, locked room for storing their bikes. The two buildings of the residence are separated by a magnificent Provençal garden accessible only to residents.

The surroundings of the apartment
Within a five-minute walk of the residence, you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: two small shops, two good restaurants with evening entertainment, the casino, the municipal swimming pool, a forest, the scrubland and a little further (10 min) the Verdon River.
Services
Upon request, we provide bed and bath linens. To make your departure easier, you can also request a cleaning service for your accommodation. If you need a baby bed or anything else, you can contact our housekeeper.

Access
By car :
Take Avenue des Thermes in Gréoux-les-Bains towards Riez. Go up Avenue des Thermes to the Côté Provence I residence (Place Groupatasse). Turn right immediately after the residence and continue 50m to the Lou San Peyre residence (Côté Provence II).

By train and bus:
- From Marseille Gare St. Charles or Aix-en-Provence Gare Routière: Take the LER27 bus and get off at the Passy or Hautes Plaines stop in Gréoux-les-Bains to reach the Lou San Peyre residence after a 500m walk.
- From Manosque: Take buses 131 DLVA, 132 DLVA (136 DLVA in summer) and get off at the Passy or Groupatasse stop in Gréoux-les-Bains to reach the Lou San Peyre residence after 500m or 100m on foot.

Home
Your arrival will be met by our housekeeper, by appointment, at the Lou San Peyre residence. She will hand you the keys and show you around the apartment so you can settle in quickly. She will also accompany you upon your departure. If you need any service during your stay, you can also contact her.

Label and reference system
The apartment is classified as a 3* furnished tourist accommodation for up to four people. The classification was established on 09/10/2024 by the DLVA Community Tourist Office, Avenue Pierre Brossolette, 4800 GREOUX LES BAINS.

Animals are not allowed.
To save energy, we charge the supplier for electricity and gas consumption.
- Cancellation conditions
If the tenant cancels the rental agreement, the deposit will be retained by the landlord. If the tenant cancels the rental agreement less than 90 days before the rental date, the landlord will request the remaining rent. It is the tenant's responsibility to contact an insurance company to obtain an insurance policy.
- tourist tax
The tourist tax must be paid upon arrival to our steward who will forward it to the relevant city body.

Tip for booking the treatment and the apartment:
If you find a suitable time for a treatment, we suggest you send us a rental pre-reservation. This pre-reservation allows you to book a treatment without losing the apartment rental for the desired period of time. The pre-reservation is valid for a few days.
