The chalet is located at an altitude of 1370 m, in a small hamlet 1 km from the Montclar resort and its sports and relaxation activities, summer
like winter, on a plot of 1100 m2. Not overlooked and panoramic view of the Blanche valley.
Formerly managed as a bed and breakfast, the chalet is made up of two entities:
The first, the Grand Chalet – 5 bedrooms each including a bathroom and a toilet,
- Equipment that meets PMR standards
- A triple room with double bed + 1 single bed
- A quadruple room with double bed and 2 bunk beds
A large living room with panoramic view, connected flat screen TV; a large fully equipped kitchen with wood stove and table seating 14
guests, a small living room with billiards and second flat screen TV and pellet stove; a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and WC; a
panoramic terrace with table for 14 guests and solarium. A plancha and a barbecue are at your disposal.
The second: the apartment
It is located on the ground floor of the chalet, access is independent of the large one and is only rented alone if the large chalet is unoccupied for greater tranquility or in addition to the large one if the 5 bedrooms are not enough.
It is composed of a kitchen living room overlooking the garden, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with separate toilet.
