The rented living space of 80m2 is organized on 2 levels + 35m2 of terrace. - On the ground floor, Kitchen and living/dining room (30m2) + 35m2 of terrace. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms + bathroom (50m2): - 1st bedroom: 2 beds (1 double bed and 1 single bed (120) - 2nd bedroom: 2 beds (1 double bed and 1 single bed (120) The 35m2 terrace is south-facing, protected by a covered trellis. It is equipped with a large wooden table. The garden is composed of olive trees, cherry trees and other fruit trees. A large green space where you can run and play with your family and large trees that guarantee shade in the middle of summer. 1 parking space for several vehicles. Ideally located in the heart of Provence.
Weekly rental only €780. (From June 15, July, August, until September 15) Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning carried out by the tenant. Bed linen, towels, bath towels not provided.
