Description
Le Roet is a former workshop whose building, made of local stone, dates from the 19th century.
It can accommodate 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are upstairs, a shower room and WC.
The kitchen is equipped with every possible comfort, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine...and the essential "breakfast" items, toaster, citrus press, coffee machines... In the ground floor bedroom, you will find an ironing board and iron.
A "loft" area features a dining room and living room as well as a bedroom. The upper floor has two bedrooms.
The Wi-Fi connection is made via a 4G box.
The living room opens onto a terrace where you can enjoy the sun and eat grilled meats.
You will find bicycles and a ping pong table at your disposal.
