Le gîte du Cubertin, situé en alpage à 1530 m d’altitude sur la commune d’Auzet, offre un cadre unique au cœur du massif des Monges.
An isolated location, surrounded by nature, ideal for a total disconnection in a wild and unspoiled environment.
The cottage accommodates up to 13 people on a self-catering basis. It operates autonomously: electricity from photovoltaic panels, water from a natural source, heating by wood stove (wood provided).
Located in a Natura 2000 area and in the Haute-Provence Geological Reserve, it offers a privileged setting for nature stays, groups, training courses or retreats.
The area is particularly popular with hiking enthusiasts, as well as nature lovers, wildlife observers, and birdwatchers. The gîte is classified by the LPO (League for the Protection of Birds), and features a nearby pond and observation cabin, ideal for naturalists and photographers.
It is also perfectly suited to activities such as yoga, meditation or any search for calm and reconnection to the essential.
The cottage has a large plot of land, a terrace, an outdoor fountain and a warm wooden interior.
Open kitchen/living room, lounge area with wood-burning stove, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms.
